People from The Hub Church live and work in Feilding and the surrounding Manawatu
area of New Zealand, including families in Halcolme & Apiti.
Feilding is known as “Friendly Feilding” and is a wonderful place to
live and raise a family.Ian and Francie are part of the Feilding Christian Leaders Network (FCLN), a forum for local church leaders to support and pray for each other and the community. Together the FCLN organise a couple of combined church events each year. These have included 24 hour prayer, combined Good Friday services and other celebrations together as one church in Feilding.
The Hub Church logo represents our desire to be a centre that sends out to a wider area, like the ripples on a pond created when a pebble is dropped into the water. Jesus told his disciples, in Acts 1:8, that they were to be witnesses locally in Jerusalem, to their wider area of Judea, to the neighbouring area of Samaria and outward to the ends of the earth. We can do this in many ways of course and we make it our priority to see people trained and equipped to go anywhere for God. And together with the other LinkNZ churches we hope to be part of church planting around New Zealand. Even when we can't go ourselves our finances are primarily used to help reach the community we live in and those further afield.
